The Sultan Bahu Jumma Masjid was formerly an unused church which was transformed into a mosque over a period of 5 years, funded exclusively from donations
from the public. The Jumma prayers attract over 2000 people each week and activities such as workshops and lecture series are held throughout the year, making the mosque the centre of community life.
